**CBT Therapy OCD (ERP), Anxiety, Trauma, Couples Therapy Mind-Body Somatic**

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, OCD, stress, burnout, or relationship challenges—and are looking for structured, effective support that leads to real change.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I specialize in treating OCD (using ERP), anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges, with a strong focus on high-functioning individuals and couples who may appear “fine” externally but feel stuck internally.

I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, combined with somatic and mindfulness-based approaches to support both the mind and body in the healing process.

My clinical approach is informed by my background as a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Yoga Teacher, allowing for an integrated understanding of how nervous system regulation impacts anxiety, trauma, and emotional resilience.

I also provide culturally informed and trauma-informed care, including support for women (life transitions, fertility, postpartum), workplace stress, emotional burnout, identity-related challenges, and relational strain.

For OCD, I offer ERP—the gold-standard treatment—in a structured, supportive, and collaborative way that helps reduce compulsions, builds tolerance to uncertainty, and restores a sense of control.

My work is collaborative, goal-oriented, and practical. Together, we focus on breaking unhelpful cycles, strengthening emotional regulation, and helping you build a more grounded, confident, and aligned life.

You don’t have to navigate this alone—and meaningful change is possible.
